Refund and Returns Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note: All requests for cancellations or refunds must be made before the service is carried out. Once the Korban, Badal Haji, or Badal Umrah has been performed on your behalf, the service is considered fulfilled and non-refundable. Refunds may be granted under the following conditions: The service has not yet been performed. An administrative error (e.g., wrong name or intention) occurred on our part. The service cannot be completed due to provider-related issues.

Return Process

To return an item, email us at admin@nasar.sg with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

Return shipping charges will be paid for by us.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
